The BywayBC Group served as the owner representative for this mixed-use, commercial, multi-family housing project located in Wood Village, Oregon. The project consists of seven (7) three and four-story buildings with a total 376 residential units. The Site additionally includes a stand-alone Clubhouse tenant services and amenities building and two (2) stand-alone commercial buildings with eight (8) retail spaces.
GroveCedar Grove is an affordable housing development located in Beaverton, Oregon consisting of a 39,430 SF, green building certified, 4-story wood framed building containing 44 apartment units. The ground floor includes common supporting spaces with community rooms and lobby. Exterior site improvements include roof top solar, play structures, and a courtyard which has been dedicated for use as a community park.
StationLocated adjacent to the Fuller Road light rail station in Clackamas County, the Fuller Station project is six stories of affordable housing including one, two and three-bedroom units. Amenities include adjacent access to light rail, a large play area, community gardens, community rooms and gathering spaces for residents and the local community groups. BC group served as the owner representative throughout the development process for Oxbow 49. Oxbow 49 is a seven story apartment building located in Portland, Oregon with underground automated parking and 166 living units.
Multnomah Village Apts.The project is located in the Multnomah Village neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. It consist of a 75,250 square foot, four-story, mixed-use residential apartment building. The project includes 72 residential units, tuck-under parking, and four retail spaces.
The project is located in the NW Conway district in Portland, Oregon. The project consist of a new 6-story mixed use apartment building that contains 88 units. The ground floor includes on-grade parking, retail, a lobby with mail and leasing offices.
The Barcelona At BeavertonThe Barcelona at Beaverton is a 40,347 SF, 4 story multi-family development with 47 affordable apartment units plus common areas.
NAYA Generations is an affordable multi-generational family housing project located in SE Portland. The private and public cooperation project includes the development of both housing and common areas and later master planned to include a pre-elementary school. The project includes both heritage and sustainable features.
Miracles Central is a ground up six story, 47-unit, housing development on an approximately 10,000 SF site located in SE Portland, Oregon. The structure includes post tensioned deck with 5 stories of wood frame apartments above.
Cornerstone ApartmentsCornerstone Apartments is a multifamily apartment building located in Portland, Oregon. Originally built in approximately 1999, the building is a four story light framed wood structure that has experienced water intrusion within the structure. Acting as the owner’s rep, BC Group oversaw renovation work that included a fully designed new building envelope system for new windows, re-siding, deck coatings, deck rail replacement and other associated work on the building skin.
Blue Spring Crossing
The Blue Springs Crossing project is a ground up low income housing apartment complex located in Island City near La Grande, Oregon. The project includes five two-story ground up apartment buildings and one community building.

I was referred to BC group by a fellow dentist who had a very positive experience working with the BC group on the construction of his dental practice building. From the first time meeting Mr. Bob Beauchemin was thoroughly impressed by his calm demeanor, keen intelligence, knowledge of all things related to construction and dealing with the contractors, punctuality and attention to detail. Being a root canal specialist, I am used to operating with the margin of error of half a millimeter, and I exact the same level of precision from my vendors and professionals I deal with. Mr. Beauchemin was nothing short of excellent!! From the beginning, he was instrumental in evaluating and selecting the contractors, dealing with the banks and financing, checking the sub bids for completeness and accuracy, and so on, and so forth. Not only was his attention to detail and quality of work impeccable, but so was his communication with me and all other involved in the project. He was timely, concise and constructive. It is at times difficult to be constructive when working with folks in construction and Bob excels at it! He kept the project on schedule and within the agreed upon budget, which is not always the case in construction.
