Bend Concept
The Bend, Oregon resident/resort community project went through the early phases of programming and plan development prior to being shelved. The plan shown here as developed by Myhre Group Architects included remodel/update of existing clubhouse, addition of grocery store, local shops, restaurants, refurbished putting greens, luxury spa, resort condo/hotel, ice skating area, fitness club, luxury golf residences, event plaza, recreation center and secured parking. -
River’s Edge Hotel
The River’s Edge Hotel is an $11.5M, seven-story, 100-room, four-star hotel project located in Portland, Oregon. The project is a post-tensioned concrete structure, over underground parking, over steel pilings in an urban location. The project is a Green Building LEED Gold certified project. This project was completed and is currently one of the finer hotel locations in Portland. Tasks completed were due diligence and property assessment, development management, project management and construction management. -

The Seattle mixed use project was a $165 Million, 557,000 SF, 24 story building designed to include hotel and condo units with high-end retail spaces. The project was designed as a post tensioned concrete structure in a prominant downtown urban site. The project became a casulty of the recession and was put on hold by the investor after construction started. Tasks completed were due diligence and property assessment, development management, project managment and construction management. -
River’s Edge Spa
The River’s Edge Spa provided located on the south waterfront area of Portland, Oregon provides spa services in a two-level, 13,000 square-foot space. Avalon Spa is a full-service spa and salon providing locker rooms, lounges, whirlpool, steam room and fitness workout areas. The BC team performed owner's representation, design managenent and construction management services. -

BC Group served as the owner’s representative for the rehabilitation of the resort’s existing pool house development, providing all aspects of the development and construction management from budgeting, design, entitlements, construction and move-in.
