GroveCedar Grove is an affordable housing development located in Beaverton, Oregon consisting of a 39,430 SF, green building certified, 4-story wood framed building containing 44 apartment units. The ground floor includes common supporting spaces with community rooms and lobby. Exterior site improvements include roof top solar, play structures, and a courtyard which has been dedicated for use as a community park. -

The Barcelona at Beaverton is a 40,347 SF, 4 story multi-family development with 47 affordable apartment units plus common areas. -
The Joyce
The Joyce is a historic building located in the downtown core of Portland Oregon, developed by Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH). The project consisted of a complete exterior, trauma informed interiors and seismic upgrade. The renovation included 66 single room occupancy apartments in four stories, a community room, laundry, bike room, clinic, and offices. -
Blue Spring Crossing
The Blue Springs Crossing project is a ground up low income housing apartment complex located in Island City near La Grande, Oregon. The project includes five two-story ground up apartment buildings and one community building. -
Miracles Central
Miracles Central is a ground up six story, 47-unit, housing development on an approximately 10,000 SF site located in SE Portland, Oregon. The structure includes post tensioned deck with 5 stories of wood frame apartments above. -
NAYA Generations
NAYA Generations is an affordable multi-generational family housing project located in SE Portland. The private and public cooperation project includes the development of both housing and common areas and later master planned to include a pre-elementary school. The project includes both heritage and sustainable features. -
Miracles Club
The Miracles Club is a 49,000 SF, five story, mixed use project that includes 36 residential low income housing units and 9,300 SF of ground floor commercial space. The Miracles Club is a local Portland, Oregon community based group that supports people recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. The construction type consists of cast in place concrete, pre-stressed concrete podium, wood frame construction above the podium and a brick veneer skin. The project is a Green Building LEED Gold certified project. BC Group performed the role of Owner's Representative and Construction Manager during the design and construction stages of the Miracles Club. Tasks performed were constructability review of the design, payment application review, design management, review alternative design approaches, value engineering, scheduling assistance, attend all team meetings, owner communictions and reporting, FF&E budgeting and coordination, RFI management and responses, monitor construction process, hire and manage third party testing agencies, contract negotiations, contract writing, change order review and processing, dispute resolution, and prevailing wage oversight. -
Bridge Meadows
Bridge Meadows is an intergenerational community with 27 low-income housing units for seniors and 9 triplex/duplex units for families adopting children in foster care. BC Group acted as Owner's representative through the design management phase, coordinated the purchase and install of owner provided low voltage/communications equipment, construction management support, and performed prevailing wage compliance.
