Advanced Endodontics was relocated to the newly-constructed Red Rock Center in Tigard, Oregon. BC Group provided owner representative services/development management through the design, construction and startup of this 3,200 SF tenant improvement project for a state-of-the-art endodontic clinic. -

Zehtab Dental
Zehtab Dental is a state-of-the-art, high-end finish, dental office. Originally located in Lake Oswego, BC Group assisted Zehtab Dental with relocating to a new building purchased just blocks away in Lake Oswego. BC Group provided development and construction management. Tasks performed included analysis, working through lender closing, design management, third party consultant management, bank draw requests, and FF&E coordination. -

The Tselnik Dental project included the rehabilitation of a 1960's vintage savings and loan building into a stand-alone endodontics dental practice. BC's role includes development and construction management. -

Bend Transitional Care
Avamere Health Care’s Bend Transitional Care is located in Bend, Oregon near St. Charles Hospital. Bend Transitional Care is a 42,625 SF Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility on 3.3 acres designed by LRS Architects. The project have 60 resident beds included all amenities for skilled nursing and rehab service and support. While the project was not intendent to be LEED certified, it has a “Green” awareness about the design and consideration for the geographic location and surrounding neighborhood. BC Group services include development and construction management. -

South Salem Rehab
South Salem Rehabilitation is a one-story 50,437 square foot skilled nursing facility, in Salem, Oregon. The site is 5.06 acres. Scheduled to start construction in the fall of 2013, the facility includes 80 private skilled nursing, full kitchen, and dining as well as a state-of-the-art 3,000 SF physical therapy gym for both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. BC Group served as the owner’s rep. -

Avamere Transitional Care of Puget Sound
Avamere Transitional Care of Puget Sound is a ground up skilled nursing facility located in Tacoma, Washington. This new building includes sixty (60) skilled nursing beds in private dwelling units with private bathrooms. Common areas will include an Entry Vestibule, Lobby, Corridors, Conference Room, Family Room, Dining & Activity Room, Restrooms, Therapy Gymnasium, Day Rooms, Salon, Bather Room and two internal open to the sky courtyards. Administrative areas included offices and rooms for medical records, medication staff breaks, storage, central supply, clean utility, soiled utility, janitorial staff, laundry, maintenance and electrical as well as nurse stations and a kitchen. BC Group served as the owner’s rep. -
